ABSTRACT

This research work was focused on the effect of corruption in Nigeria police. The main objective of this research is to show corruption as a cankerworm that affects the Nigeria police. Corruption in Nigeria has become so bad that corruption is now a policy problem of the government, so it is the objective of this research to x-ray the effect of corrupt practices in Nigeria police service with a sample size of 50 respondent we adopted the percentage method of analysis and found that corruption has eaten deep into the use of public servant and has made warthese recommendation adequate for corrupt over rotation of duties and reward for those who are corrupt free
